How we’ll work together:
Site Visit:
At our first in-person site visit, we evaluate how you aspire to use your space. We’ll analyze the garden you have, and discuss what needs to change, considering sun, water, wind, and microclimate. I’ll be curious about the colors and textures that interest you. Desired maintenance, hardscaping and pathways, and exterior design elements are also on the agenda.
Development:
Based on our initial visit, I’ll share a preliminary outline of our scope of work and present a plant palette for your space. We’ll work together to refine the plan until it feels right.
Design:
With a shared vision in mind, I create a final landscape design drawing or model for your garden.
Implementation:
I partner with a skilled team of landscape professionals to see the vision through, or work with your contractor or landscape team to implement the design.
Follow-up:
Focusing on the year-round rituals that help you and your plants thrive, I tend to the future of your garden.
